Our Guests

We would like to thank you for taking a moment to look into First Baptist Church! Here at FBC you will find that we are a group of average, every day people that are looking to please the Lord with our lives. We also understand that visiting a new place can be difficult, and you may have many questions before you come. We want to set you at ease, and we want you to know that as our guest it will be a very enjoyable time for your entire family. Please look below at some common questions that you may have.

How will I find the nurseries, classes, etc.?
Rest assured. When you pull into the church parking lot, we have marked guest parking right across from the front doors of the auditorium. Once inside, you will meet a greeter who will be more than happy to escort you to wherever you need to go.

What is there for children?
There are many opportunities for the children here during the Sunday morning worship hour. The children’s ministry at FBC is called KidzWorld and is filled with singing, crafts, games, Bible stories, and memory verses. The kids are able to learn the Bible in an exciting that is specific to their grade in school. On Thursday evenings throughout the school year, we have Master Club. Master Club is a program where your children will earn badges by memorizing verses, completing the tasks in a workbook, and actually learning how to be involved in helping others. They will also be able to take part in the annual pine car derby, be a part of the Master Club regional competitions, and much more.
We also have a very clean and professional nursery available for newborns through three years old. Our staff is well trained, and you will be given a pager to wear during the service in case your little one needs you.

What is there for adults?
On Sundays the adults also have many choices of where to go and what to do. The best way to connect and meet new people is to attend our Adult Bible Study classes. The highlights of every week are definitely the worship services. The worship services are typically about an hour and 15 min in length. The music ministry is Christ honoring and uplifting, the fellowship is refreshing, and the preaching from the Word of God is passionately preached and practically taught by Pastor Duttry.

A highlight of each Sunday morning is the opportunity to get to know our guests. At the conclusion of our Sunday morning worship services, all of our guests are invited to join us for our guest reception. While there, you can enjoy some light refreshments, get to know the staff, ask questions about the church, and then meet Pastor Duttry.
